Self-Efficacy is defined as a person's beliefs about their capabilities to produce designated levels of performance that excercise influence over events that affect their lives.
Self-Esteem is defined as  person's overall evaluation or appraisal of his or her own worth.
It is important to build not only self-esteem, but also self-efficacy within our students.
